At RoundWorks IT we offer both Ad hoc IT services and Managed IT services, as we know some businesses may need the odd-job doing here and there instead of committing to fully managed IT support.

Our Ad Hoc IT support can be beneficial for businesses who:

  • Have an internal IT department who may require extra assistance.
  • May have limited technological knowledge.

How does Ad Hoc support work?

Ad Hoc IT support comes as a pre-paid bank of hours, which can be renewed as and when required.

As part of our initial conversation, we get to know you and your business and the IT issue at hand. If you don’t require our managed IT support but need assistance when required, our Ad Hoc IT support comes as a pre-paid service, ready to be used when you need us the most.

We also provide a managed IT support service on a 30 day rolling contractual basis so that you can leave your IT, to us.

We’ll monitor, manage, support and innovate.
